Last Updated: November 3, 2026

The Service

ReloadDB is a software tool for organizing reloading, inventory, range, and training records. It is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features.

Use of ReloadDB is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your Data

You own the records you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for anything you publish, share, or copy from other users.

Community and shared links make content visible to others. Do not publish information you are not willing to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, unsafe, or abusive.

Safety & Responsibility

Reloading and firearms use can cause injury or death if done incorrectly. You are solely responsible for following published load data from component manufacturers, complying with all applicable laws, and verifying any load before you use it.

Data on ReloadDB — including community loads and shared links — is user-submitted and may be incomplete or wrong. Always consult published reloading manuals. Start at the minimum recommended load. ReloadDB and its operators are not responsible for loads you use or publish.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use ReloadDB. Keep your login credentials confidential. ReloadDB is free and does not collect payment information.

We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service. You may request account deletion through the contact form or your profile settings.

Not Advice

These terms and the ReloadDB website are not legal, safety, or reloading advice. Nothing on the service is a substitute for manufacturer data, qualified instruction, or professional advice.
